Summer construction

Well, it's summer time and everyone knows Alberta has two seasons, winter and construction! The school is no exception and is installing new ceilings! For the time being the front entrance to the school will be closed but we are STILL OPEN! You can walk around the far right hand side of the school to the back door and still access the library from there. The way the mosquitoes have been, I recommend some mosquito repellant!

For those who have been concerned that the dissolution of the Village will affect the library - Fear not! We have been assured that it will be business as usual at the Library. You can look forward to full access all summer long.

Come in and check out our new books! Gardening? Try listening to a playaway digital book while you pull those weeds, pick those berries at the local U-Pick, or enjoy a relaxing day on your lawn chair.

The summer reading game is still going strong and we have a few really great prizes left. It's not too late to play! Come down anytime the library is open! The game is open to everyone between the ages of 3 to 103! On August 5th there will be a Jungle program for those who care to register. Please register early to make sure we have enough supplies for your children! You can call us at 780-975-7513 or e-mail us at newsareptalibrary@yrl.ab.ca.

See you soon!
